All of our breeding cats are:

✔️ Registered with The International Cat Association (TICA) – TICA certified 5 generation ancestral pedigrees are available for all our breeding cats.
✔️ PRA and PK-Def Negative or cleared by parentage – DNA-tested through the Veterinary Genetics Laboratory (VGL) at UC Davis.
✔️ FIV/FeLV-free
✔️ Vaccinated, Microchipped, Health checked and Fecal PCR tested.

*Retired* Zahara is a remarkably social F1 A Savannah who takes her role as head kitten trainer very seriously. Now retired, she’s living her best life with us—and insists on personally greeting every visitor who walks through our door.

She’s an extreme F2 B Savannah, she loves everything, jumping, playing, bird watching, lap sitting, running at lightning speed on her cat wheel.

She’s an excellent example of a typey serval hybrid F2 B Savannah, with long legs, triangler head with huge upright ears. She’s an amusing character to watch, always on the move, climbing the cat trees, zooming thru the tunnels, jumping and playing fetch with her toys.

Lakeshore La’Wren of Spotitude aka Wreny Wren F3 C

She’s a sweet F3 C Savannah queen, she loves climbing, bird watching and playing fetch non-stop, for hours! She’s a very mild mannered, well behaved girl, but has a habit of turning on water faucets and climbing in for a bath. Like most cats, Wren loves spending time with her family, but strangers not so much.

She’s a sweet fun loving warm golden F3 C Savannah queen. She loves running on her cat wheel, playing with wand toys, bird watching on the catio and being part of everyday family activities. Being a kitten raised during Covid times, she’s a bit shy around strangers but warms up over time.

Vixen’s our own homegrown warm golden F3 C Savannah queen out of Juno and Spot-A-Kiss. She obsessed with running her cat wheel, and bird watching out on the catio. She’s a fun loving absolute character.

Spotitude Zora F4 SBT

Zora is our homegrown pride and joy—an F4 SBT and the daughter of F3 Kateena and F5 Spot-A-Kiss. She’s incredibly sweet and easygoing, with a calm confidence that makes her a joy to be around. In her free time, she enjoys running on the cat wheel and going for walks and car rides along Pismo Beach.
